At least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference.

The accepted and presented papers will be published the conference proceedings online. The registration fee is the same for authors attending the onsite conference, online conference or both.

If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply. Cancellations received before May 8, 2024 will be returned in full minus the administrative charge of 100 USD/600 CNY. Cancellations made after May 8, 2024 will not be refunded. Refunds will be given following the conclusion of the meeting.

Force Majeure: The Organizer cannot accept or bear responsibility, refund or any compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.
